These Terms of Service govern your use of Gochyu, the website at gochyu.com and the tools and browser extension we provide through it. Gochyu is operated by OK Digital Ltd ("OK Digital", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Gochyu inspects a website address you provide and reports what content management system, theme, plugins or apps it appears to use. We also offer related utilities — a UTM builder, a URL decoder, a screen resolution check, domain availability lookup, name generators — and a blog. All of it is free to use and no account is required.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Our detection works by fetching a page and matching patterns in its public HTML, assets and HTTP headers. That approach is inherently approximate. A site can be misidentified, a theme can be renamed or heavily modified beyond recognition, a plugin can be bundled or hidden, a cache or firewall can serve us something different from what you see, and a result that was correct last month can be wrong today.
We make no warranty that results are accurate, complete or current. Do not rely on Gochyu as the sole basis for a purchase, a technical decision, a legal claim or any other consequential decision. Verify anything that matters.

We may block, rate-limit or refuse access to anyone we reasonably believe is breaching these terms, without notice.
When you submit a URL you confirm that it points to a publicly accessible website and that you are entitled to have it analysed. We fetch the page at that address and record both the address and the result. Do not submit addresses containing personal data, credentials, session tokens or private content. How we handle submitted URLs is described in our Privacy Policy.
Gochyu is free because it is funded in part by advertising and affiliate commissions. Some links on this site are affiliate links, and if you buy something after clicking one we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not change what our tools detect or report.
We link to websites and services we do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party. See our disclaimer and third-party links notice for the full position.
The Gochyu name, logo, site design, text, tools and the compilation of data on this site are owned by OK Digital Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for its intended purpose and quote or link to our content with attribution. You may not copy, adapt, redistribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
WordPress, WordPress.com, Shopify, Joomla!, Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, PrestaShop and all other platform, theme, plugin and app names referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. Gochyu and OK Digital Ltd are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any of these companies or projects.
Our browser extension is offered under these same terms. It analyses a page only when you activate it on that page. You may uninstall it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK Digital Ltd and its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of — or inability to use — this site, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OK Digital Ltd and its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your submission of any URL, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the competent courts of Rishon LeTsiyon, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.
